  • TERMS OF SALE

    Hanging: Please only use the fixings included to mount your canvas on the wall. As the pieces are textured they are not weight balanced and may slip and fall with strung hanging methods. Only use wall fixings appropriate to your wall type and do not hang on nails.

     

    Care: As is standard, do not display your artwork near sources of heat, damp, extreme humidity, extreme light or sudden temperature changes.

    All deliveries are tracked and will require a signature.

     

    Delivery: please note that paintings are packaged in a queue in the order in which they sell, and during busy periods your order may take some time to be processed. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery for standard times and three weeks for sale periods.

  • RETURNS

    You've MORE rights buying online (or by telephone/catalogue) due to the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These give a legal right of 14 days to cancel the order after receiving it, and a further 14 days to send most goods back for a full refund (including outward delivery costs), even if there's no fault. You'll need to pay for the return delivery.
